Jhanvi Katariya earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Common Law from Gujarat University in Ahmedabad, India, and went on to complete her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Rights Law at the same university. After moving to Canada, she completed the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University in Toronto.
Jhanvi is licensed as a lawyer by the Law Society of Ontario, where she is called to the bar as a Barrister and Solicitor, and she is also an Advocate with the Bar Council of India. She brings more than six years of combined legal experience across Canada and India to her practice, which is focused on Canadian immigration law.
